Martin Delamere

Head of Branded Content/Brand Strategy Director

Martin became Head of Branded Content at Addiction following the acquisition by the Mission Marketing Group. At Addiction he worked as Strategic lead for B&Q, Remington, Russell Hobbs and Virgin Holidays across branded content.

Martin came to Addiction from BSkyB where he worked as Network Creative Head. In 2002 he established the Sky Creative Agency, leading it to become one of Europe’s most powerful in-house creative shops.

Martin’s expertise is built on a solid understanding of brand strategy and how to drive meaningful consumer relationships. He recently sat on the IPA Behavioural Economics Task Force. Martin has also served as Chairman of Promax, and is a self-confessed Liverpool FC expert.

Creative Director Branded Content

Simon became Creative Director of Branded Content at Addiction following the acquisition by the Mission Marketing Group. At Addiction he worked as Creative Director on clients such as Rimmel, Schwarzkopf, Remington and B&Q.

Before Addiction Simon worked as Global and Regional Creative Director for some of the biggest names in international business, including Disney and NBC Universal.

A branding and communications specialist, Simon has experience in rebranding channels, products and services and creating award-winning digital and experiential campaigns across the world.

Simon is a past President of Promax (one of two here at Addiction) and sits on the Promax UK Council. But most importantly he is the father of three beautiful girls and one handsome boy, supports Arsenal, and would one day like to own a giant schnauzer.

Nick Metcalf

Integrated Project Manager

Nick became Integrated Project Manager at Addiction following the aquisition by the Mission Marketing Group. Previously at Addiction he worked as a Digital Project Manager on the European Wide Remington and Russell Hobbs digital account. 

He has a wealth of technical know how in the digital industry having worked previously as a producer for a corporate agency working with clients such as Vodafone, Unicredit and Prudential. Nick combines his geekiness with sport and can often be found running around London.
